I’m also a hopeless romantic who cries at the drop of a good commercial. Photographing people in love has always given me all the feels and when I had my daughter, documenting the messy, loving moments became so precious to me. Black Cat Studio aims to capture your greatest loves at their most authentic and beautiful. Whether you’re kayaking out on White Rock, in the hospital with a fresh baby, or just rocking your pajamas at home with your person, capturing your precious, wild love is something you’ll cherish for the rest of your life.

As a second-generation photographer, I’ve been in the studio for as long as I can remember. I was shooting on film while I was still little enough to play under the tables in the darkroom. In college, I studied photography and design, and put those skills to use for personal brands and commercial businesses all over the metroplex.

I live in Wylie, Tx with my daughter Aera our two cats, Kylo and Azriel.

When I’m not working, I’m playing with Aera, perfecting numerous queso recipes, reading an unreasonable amount of books at one time and watching Parks & Rec on repeat.
